Fragilaria radians multiplication validation

The experimental validation data for the Fragilaria radians intragenic multiplications. For all the candidate genes this includes IDs (according to https://lin.irk.ru/sacus), primers, PCR temperature and whether or not the sequence was successfully amplified, confirmed via amplicon sequencing on PacBio RSII, or found in the transcriptomic data.本数据集为放射脆杆藻（Fragilaria radians）基因内倍增实验的验证数据。针对所有候选基因，该数据集包含以下信息：依据https://lin.irk.ru/sacus平台标注的基因ID、引物序列、PCR反应温度，以及经PacBio RSII平台扩增子测序确认的序列扩增成功情况，或在转录组数据中检出该序列的结果。
