Response of root endosphere bacterial communities of typical rice cultivars to reduced nitrogen at jointing stage

The Illumina sequencing is used to characterize root endosphere bacterial communities of hybrid rice (Yongyou 2640) and japonica rice (Huaidao 5) under traditional high-yielding N fertilization (300 kg N ha-1, THYN) and reduced N fertilization (150 kg N ha-1, RN) at jointing stage. The differences in root endosphere bacterial communities of two rice cultivars and their response to RN are compared.
