Antibiotic resistance genes of diverse bacteria from shrimp aquaculture

There is little information available on antibiotic resistance (ABR) within shrimp aquaculture environments. These sequences originate from a study investigating the presence of antibiotic resistant bacterial species and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in shrimp farming operations in Atacames, Ecuador.
