Super apps: most valued aspects for global consumers 2022

According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four leading global markets (Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States), 66 percent of respondents reported valuing convenience benefits, while 61 percent of respondents reported highly valuation the security benefits of having a single online platform with the several functionalities. Additionally, 54 percent of respondents reported highly valuing the coordination benefits that would come from using an all-encompassing super app.
