Data for cell numbers, cell densities and average distance to nearest neighbour are given as mean±sd (range). Cell density in gsoil−1 is calculated assuming a microscope depth of field of 2 µm and a soil density of 1.3 g cm−3.细胞数量、细胞密度及最近邻平均距离的数据以平均值±标准差（范围）的形式给出。以每克土壤（g soil⁻¹）为单位的细胞密度，是在假设显微镜景深为2 µm、土壤密度为1.3 g cm⁻³的条件下计算得到的。
