Aeromonas T3SS effectors

Aeromonas is found in many different environments, can be a pathogen in some animals and a symbiont in others. We sequenced and analyzed genomes to identify new toxins (effectors) that are secreted via the type three secretion system.气单胞菌（Aeromonas）广泛存在于多种不同环境中，可作为部分动物的致病菌，同时亦是其他生物的共生体。本研究通过对基因组进行测序与分析，旨在鉴定经由三型分泌系统（type three secretion system）分泌的新型毒素（效应因子）。
