direct RNA seq upon METTL3 KO

direct RNA sequencing data sequenced with RNA002 and RNA004 chemistries from control and METTL3 KO mouse embryonic stem cells. Cells culture and treatment (14 days Tamoxifen) and RNA002 library preparation were carried out as in Cruciani et al., 2025 (https://doi.org/10.1186/s13059-025-03498-6).
