Paper data and code

This tarball contains code, data, and figures to reproduce results for the paper "Natural variants suppress mutations in hundreds of essential genes".<br>There are five subdirectories:- <i>code</i> contains the code used to process data, and to plot results. The "Paper claims and figures" notebook generates the tables and plots- <i>meta </i>contains strain descriptions and external datasets- <i>input_data</i> contains the raw input data generated as part of this study into the analysis in the form of colony size files for different replicates at different temperatures, and allele counts [here already updated with frequencies] of mapping experiments- <i>tables </i>contains the output tables generated by code [including the relevant manuscript files]- <i>plots</i> contains output plots [including the relevant manuscript figure panels]
