Frequency of Gal-9+ Th cells in various organs in mice.

Lymphocytes from indicated organs (n = 3) were stained with anti-CD3, anti-CD4, anti-CD25, and anti-Gal-9 antibodies and analyzed using flow cytometry. SP: single positive, LN: lymph node.从指定器官获取的淋巴细胞（样本量n=3）经抗CD3（anti-CD3）、抗CD4（anti-CD4）、抗CD25（anti-CD25）及抗Gal-9（anti-Gal-9）抗体染色后，采用流式细胞术进行分析。SP：单阳性（single positive），LN：淋巴结（lymph node）。
