Red Colony Phylogeny Sequencing

Whole genome sequencing of select red colonies from nanocultures used in our phylogeny experiments. The use of this data was to identify loss of heterozygosity tracts that were then used to infer lineages. Reconstructed lineages allowed for the interpretation of mutation accumulation through either a gradualistic model or one created by punctuated bursts of mutations.
