Single-cell Profiling of Dysfunctional NK cells in COVID-19: from Immunization to Acute Infection and Beyond

This repository contains the processed single-cell RNA sequencing dataset associated with the study Single-cell Profiling of Dysfunctional NK cells in COVID-19: from Immunization to Acute Infection and Beyond by Alessandro Frigo, et al. The deposited AnnData (.h5ad) object contains the integrated and re-clustered Natural Killer (NK) cell compartment across the study cohorts, including healthy donors, vaccinated subjects, patients with severe acute COVID-19, and convalescent individuals. The dataset includes the processed gene-expression matrix together with cell-level metadata, dimensionality-reduction embeddings, clustering information, and NK-cell annotations used for the downstream analyses presented in the study.
