Pre-t0 Speeds by Sliding Slopes Technique (PSSST) - An algorithm for measurement of radar transverse scattering meteor echo speeds using pre-t0 phases

The data is used for testing the performance of a novel technique for the determination of radar meteor speeds using the pre-t0 method first described by Cervera et. al. Code has been developed for demonstrating the effectiveness of using the 'sliding slopes' technique with pre-t0 phase information. For testing, we use radar echoes collected by CMOR from the 2012 Draconid meteor shower.
