The Porcine Anterior Segment OCT (PASO) dataset contains 141 raw and reconstructed (averaged) volume scans of ex-vivo porcine eyes, imaged with a microscope-integrated SS-OCT prototype, together with Python code for data loading, reconstruction and adjustable averaging. For a subset of 1020 scans from 19 porcine eye volumes, the dataset further offers annotations for Surgical Instrument Segmentation (SIS)

猪眼前节光学相干断层扫描(Porcine Anterior Segment OCT, PASO)数据集包含141幅离体猪眼的原始及重建(平均化)体层扫描数据,采用显微镜集成型扫频源光学相干断层扫描(SS-OCT)原型设备采集,同时附带用于数据加载、重建及可调节平均化处理的Python代码。此外,针对来自19个猪眼体的1020幅扫描数据子集,该数据集还提供了手术器械分割(Surgical Instrument Segmentation, SIS)标注。
