This dataset mainly includes the annual mean urban–rural evapotranspiration differences across global large cities, the urban–rural hydrothermal factors (land surface temperature and specific humidity) differences, as well as the contribution of these hydrothermal factors to the urban–rural evapotranspiration differences.
