Range-wide population genomics in Populus tremuloides

The goal of this study was to obtain insights in the population structure, variability in reproductive type (sexual/clonal), polyploidy, and genomic regions under selection along the entire distribution range of Populus tremuloides. Our results provide comprehensive insights into the adaptive evolution of a key indicator species and thereby are a foundation for further functional work.
