Supplementary data 5 - Cif gene phylogeny.zip

Supplementary dataset 5 of the associated manuscript. Contains the concatenated alignment of different cifA and cifB genes of the bacterial endosymbiont Wolbachia pipientis, as well as a newick-formatted phylogenetic tree. This data was used in generating Figure 5 of the associated manuscript, and includes phylogenetic analysis of the cif genes found in two Wolbachia strains within Anopheles demeilloni and moucheti. Methods used to generate this dataset follows Martinez et al. 2020.
