Peptidergic modulation of the lobster cardiac system has opposing action on neurons and muscles

This repository contains the data used for the publication of the primary research article: Peptidergic modulation of the lobster cardiac system has opposing action on neurons and muscles; 10.1093/iob/obaf002. Raw physiology data files collected in Spike2 (*.smr). These can be read in Spike2 as well as imported into MATLAB and pClamp. There are aslo excel files containing our metadata.本仓库包含发表于原创研究论文《肽能调控龙虾心脏系统对神经元与肌肉具有相反作用》（DOI: 10.1093/iob/obaf002）所用的实验数据。其中，通过Spike2采集的原始生理数据文件格式为*.smr，此类文件既可在Spike2软件中直接读取，也可导入MATLAB与pClamp进行后续分析；此外还包含存储本研究元数据的Excel表格文件。
