The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘(402/08) In den Gattern, Auf der Neusetze’ of the municipality of Inzlingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The qualified development plan includes according to Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least stipulations on the type and extent of structural use, the buildable plots of land as well as on the rural traffic areas. The eligibility of a project is assessed solely on the basis of this development plan.
