Sarotherodon melanotheron Raw sequence reads

We used these reads in order to assess the ancestral state of the LG1 XY sex-determination system in the tilapia clade. Previous work on O. niloticus has already begun characterizing sex-determination in this region. However, by using a distant relative we were able to search for shared sex-patterned SNPs in order to elucidate the sex-determination locus in this region.
