Directed differentiation of human hindbrain neuroepithelial stem cells recapitulates cerebellar granule neurogenesis [RNA-seq]

To establish a new model system with which to study cerebellar granule lienage development and disease, human hbNES cells were differentiated to cerebellar granule neurons over a 56 day period. Gene expression profiling of 4 independent hbNES cell lines during a 56 day differentiation protocol.
