Radio emissions reveal Alfvénic activity and electron acceleration prior to substorm onset

This dataset provides the supplementary information for the manuscript titled “Radio emissions reveal Alfvénic activity and electron acceleration prior to substorm onset.” It includes the following files: AKRprecursor_all_merged_v0604.pdf A comprehensive overview of all identified AKR precursor emissions observed prior to substorm onset and pseudo-breakup events. For each event, we present the dynamic spectrum, selected frequency-drifting features, fitted frequency drift rates (using second-order polynomials), and time intervals between successive drifting tones. MIRACLE_Beads_v0714.pdf A summary of all identified wave-like auroral events captured by the MIRACLE all-sky camera network, accompanied by relevant geomagnetic indices to provide context for each observation.
