Middle-Class Neighbourhood Mutation Accumulation in Drosophila serrata

This file contains pedigree information for 22 generations and phenotype information for 21 generations of male Drosophila serrata. Founded from 120 sires of unknown parentage, 240 males were assigned to breeding pair each generation, and contribued 1 son and 1 daughter to the next generation. For each male, phenotype data from 8 cuticular hydrocarbon traits (characterised as log contrasts), wing size (centroid size) and 10 wing shape traits was collected.本数据集文件包含锯缘果蝇（Drosophila serrata）22代雄性个体的谱系信息，以及21代该物种雄性个体的表型信息。该种群由120个未知亲本背景的父本奠基建立，每代选取240只雄性个体组建繁育对，每对繁育对向下一代各贡献1只雄性子代与1只雌性子代。针对每只雄性个体，本数据集采集了8项表皮碳氢化合物性状（cuticular hydrocarbon traits，以对数对比值表征）、翅大小（形心大小（centroid size））以及10项翅形性状的表型数据。
