Epifluorescence wide-field imaging of developing gastruloids and trunk-like-structures carrying a T::H2B-mCherry and Sox2::H2B-Venus reporter. Gastruloids and trunk-like-structures are mouse embryonic stem cell based embryo models (SEMs) of the embryonic trunk (Veenvliet et al., 2020). SEMs were cultured in separate wells and imaged over 4 days, every 24h.
本数据集为携带T::H2B-mCherry与Sox2::H2B-Venus报告基因的发育中类原肠胚与类躯干结构的落射荧光宽场成像。类原肠胚与类躯干结构均为基于小鼠胚胎干细胞构建的胚胎躯干模型(stem cell-based embryo models,SEMs),相关研究成果见于Veenvliet等于2020年发表的工作。此类模型被接种于独立培养孔中进行培养,每24小时成像一次,持续时长为4天。
