SNP genotyping dataset of Larimichthys crocea (large yellow croaker) used for GWAS of body shape traits

This dataset contains SNP genotyping and phenotypic information used in the genome-wide association study (GWAS) of body shape variation in large yellow croaker (Larimichthys crocea). A total of 272 extreme individuals (136 slender-type, SL; 136 stout-type, ST) were selected from a 24-month-old population and genotyped using a 55K SNP chip.本数据集包含用于大黄鱼（Larimichthys crocea）体型变异全基因组关联研究（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）分型数据与表型信息。研究从24月龄的群体中筛选出272份极端表型个体，其中细长型（SL）、粗壮型（ST）各136份，所有个体均通过55K SNP芯片完成基因分型。
