Comprehensive analysis of lncRNA expression profile in Micropterus salmoides kidney tissues after largemouth bass virus (LMBV) infection (PRJCA011343)

Largemouth bass virus disease (LMBVD) caused by largemouth bass virus (LMBV) has resulted in severe economic losses in the largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) farming industry in China. Until now, the mechanisms underlying LMBV infection have been largely unknown. It has been reported that the kidney of largemouth bass was found to be the main LMBV target organ. To explore the molecular responses to LMBV infection in largemouth bass kidney, we used high-throughput sequencing to investigate the lncRNA expression patterns.
