GTDrift database

This archive includes all processed data that have been generated and used in the database paper 'GTDrift: A resource for exploring the interplay between genetic drift, genomic and transcriptomic characteristics in eukaryotes', as well as the scripts used to analyze the data and to generate the figures.本归档文件包含数据库研究论文《GTDrift：探索真核生物遗传漂变 (genetic drift)、基因组特征与转录组特征间相互作用的资源》中生成并使用的全部已处理数据，以及用于数据分析与图表生成的脚本。
