The Circum-Arctic pollen-based biomes database of 2824 samples were analyzed, of these, 2179 are 500 yr or younger, 574 samples are 5500-6500 14C yr old (mid-Holocene), and 71 samples date to the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM).
本研究对涵盖2824份样本的环北极孢粉生物群系数据库开展了分析。其中，2179份样本的年代距今不超过500年；574份样本为距今5500至6500个碳十四年，对应全新世中期（mid-Holocene）；剩余71份样本的年代属于末次冰盛期（Last Glacial Maximum, LGM）。
