To investigate the genetic control of flower development and flowering time in Oncidium, genome-wide transcriptome of âJinhuiâ was performed using RNA-Seq technology. Leaf and pseudobulb samples were collected from plants with three developmental stages, young pseudobulb, inflated pseudobulb before inflorescence, flowering. The pseudobulb samples from after flowering plants were also collected. The flower samples were collected at five different flowering stages from flowering plants.
