In order to allow full comparability with other ocean acidification data sets, the R package seacarb (Lavigne and Gattuso, 2011) was used to compute a complete and consistent set of carbonate system variables, as described by Nisumaa et al. (2010). In this dataset the original values were archived in addition with the recalculated parameters (see related PI).为确保与其他海洋酸化数据集具备完全可比性，本研究遵循Nisumaa等（2010）提出的方法，使用R软件包seacarb（Lavigne与Gattuso，2011）计算得到一套完整且一致的碳酸盐系统变量。本数据集除存档原始数值外，还附带了重新计算得到的参数（详见相关PI）。
