Vitamin A treatment rescues neonatal infection-induced durably impaired lymph node function (RNA-seq tissue DC)

To investigate whether transient neonatal infections long-lastingly alter the transcriptome of tissue dendritic cells, we isolated dendritic cells from the pancreas, the proximal duodenum, and the liver. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from low-input RNA-seq of these tissue-isolated dendritic cells. Overall design: RNA-seq with 4 replicates per condition dendritic cells ex vivo isolated from the pancreas, the proximal duodenum, and the liver.
