Vulnerability reporters for ESEM

Main part of the dataset used for the ESEM 2021 paper: "Who are Vulnerability Reporters? A Large-scale Empirical Study on FLOSS". Email addresses are redacted when another unique identifier exists for a reporter to reduce the potential of abuse. All data were collected from public sources that manifestly made them public. No social media information is included.本数据集的核心部分用于支撑发表于ESEM 2021的论文《谁是漏洞报告者？自由及开源软件（FLOSS）的大规模实证研究》。当漏洞报告者存在其他唯一标识符时，已对其电子邮箱地址进行脱敏处理，以降低潜在滥用风险。所有数据均采集自明确公开的公共数据源，且未包含任何社交媒体相关信息。
