This list contains the .xtc (compressed trajectory) and .gro (coordinate) files for five different coarse-grained systems: 1) eVP40 & membrane (without PA) 2) eVP40 & membrane (with 2% PA) 3) eVP40 & membrane (with 7% PA) 4) membrane only (without PA) 5) membrane only (with 7% PA) The trajectories uploaded here are saved at 0.006 microseconds/frame (i.e., 3335 frames = 20.01 microseconds). The trajectories for the protein-membrane systems are compacted and centered. To load the trajectories on VMD, type the following in Tk console (7% PA trajectory for example): $ mol new eVP40_7%PA_coords.gro $ mol addfile eVP40_7%PA_traj.xtc waitfor all
本数据集包含5种不同粗粒度分子动力学体系的.xtc(压缩轨迹)与.gro(坐标)文件,具体如下: 1) eVP40与膜体系(不含磷脂酸(PA)) 2) eVP40与膜体系(含2% PA) 3) eVP40与膜体系(含7% PA) 4) 纯膜体系(不含PA) 5) 纯膜体系(含7% PA) 本次上传的轨迹采样帧率为0.006微秒/帧(即3335帧对应总时长20.01微秒)。蛋白-膜体系的轨迹已完成压缩与居中对齐处理。 若需在VMD中加载轨迹,请在Tk控制台中输入如下命令(以7% PA体系轨迹为例): $ mol new eVP40_7%PA_coords.gro $ mol addfile eVP40_7%PA_traj.xtc waitfor all
