Genome-wide locatlization analyses of RXR binding sites in the presence or absence of LG268 in HeLa cell line.

We report the use of chromatin immunprecipitation followed by deep sequencing to indentify the binding sites of the RXR nuclear receptor in the presence, or absence of LG268 (100 nM final concentration) for 60 minutes. LG268 is a synthetic selective agonist for the RXR receptors.
