Datasets on the electron-impact ionization cross sections of ethanol This dataset contains measured cross sections for electron-impact ionization of ethanol, as reported in Phys. Rev. A (2025). Experimental doubly differential electron-impact ionization cross sections (DDCS) are provided for incident energies from 60 eV to 1000 eV, with secondary energies up to approximately (T-I)/2, where I is the ionization threshold. Angular distributions are provided from 30° to 150°. From the DDCS, singly differential cross sections (SDCS) and total ionization cross sections (TICS) were obtained via numerical integration. The experimental uncertainties of the DDCS amount to 27%, and the SDCS and TICS have uncertainties 30%. ------- All data are provided in plain text (txt) format with units specified in the files Associated publication: Phys.
