Sediment Lagune Delta Po Raw sequence reads

Here, we expanded our knowledge on the benthic prokaryotic diversity and community composition in the main seven Po River Delta lagoons, with the aim of identifying the role of riverine inputs and anthropogenic impact in driving changes in microbial community structure of these ecosystems and of understanding whether different lagoons hosted different microbial assemblages.
