Comparison between 293GCAC3-based test and rabbit aortic strips test (RAST).

RhBNP references were tested by both 293GCAC3-based assay and RAST. Various items including curve fitness, intra-assay RSD, inter-assay RSD, 95% CI of EC50, and linear detection range were compared between the two assays. The 293GCAC3-assay is better than RAST assay in curve fitness, intra- and inter-assay variability.本研究针对重组人B型钠尿肽（RhBNP）参考品，分别采用基于293GCAC3的检测方法（293GCAC3-based assay）与放射变应原吸附试验（RAST）开展检测。随后对两种检测方法的多项核心性能指标进行对比分析，涵盖曲线拟合度、批内相对标准偏差、批间相对标准偏差、半数有效浓度（EC50）的95%置信区间以及线性检测范围。结果表明，基于293GCAC3的检测方法在曲线拟合度以及批内、批间变异程度方面均优于RAST检测法。
