RNA-seq data of HMGB1-treated dendritic cells

To investigate how HMGB1 regulates dendritic cell (DC) function and its potential impact on T cell responses, RNA-seq was performed on bone marrow-derived DCs treated with HMGB1 and PBS controls. The dataset includes differential gene expression profiles and sequence files (FASTA and annotation tables) generated from this analysis.为探究高迁移率族蛋白B1（High Mobility Group Box 1, HMGB1）如何调控树突状细胞（dendritic cell, DC）功能，及其对T细胞应答的潜在影响，本研究对经HMGB1处理的骨髓源树突状细胞与磷酸盐缓冲液（Phosphate Buffered Saline, PBS）对照组的细胞开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）。本数据集包含本次分析所生成的差异基因表达谱，以及序列文件（FASTA格式文件与注释表）。
