Dalbergia genome files

This dataset comprises the complete chloroplast genome sequences for five threatened Malagasy rosewood species: Dalbergia monticola, Dalbergia bathiei, Dalbergia maritima, Dalbergia louvelii, and Dalbergia greveana. The provided files include the assembled genome sequences in annotated FASTA format. These plastomes feature the classical quadripartite structure, with sizes ranging from 152,302 to 160,112 bp, and each contains a total of 127 genes. This data serves as a foundational genomic resource for these highly valuable, CITES-listed species.
