This series comprises various engineering project files and general files maintained by the Structural Engineer, Structural Engineering Section, Civil Engineering Department of the Victorian Railways (VA 2876) between ? 1971 to 1983, the Metropolitan Transit Authority (VA 1044), 1983 to 1989, the State Transport Authority (VA 1038) and the Public Transport Corporation 1989 to 1998.Projects included the building of bridges, culverts and other structures required for railway and tramway transport.
