National Public Foncier Referencebook — The public land repository allows a mapping of built and unbuilt land of public owners.It is structured according to two different orientations:• a comprehensive census of State property, local authorities and public institutions;• a refocused census on the land of the State and national public institutions with a view to implementing the mobilisation of public land for housing. Parcels belonging to the French State or/or belonging to a public establishment《国家公共不动产参考手册》——本公共土地资源库可实现对公共产权主体名下已开发与未开发土地的测绘制图。该资源库按照两类不同架构导向构建： • 针对国家资产、地方政府及公共机构开展全面普查； • 聚焦国家及国家级公共机构所属土地，旨在推进公共土地用于住房建设的盘活工作。 本库收录隶属于法国国家或公共机构的地块。
