D3 - Meringosphaera plastid sequences

The plastid sequences identified from each SAG. For S2, S3, S4, S6, S8 & S14 a complete, circular plastid genome was assemblied. These genomes are also avaliable on genbank, and their accession numbers are included in the files. For these complete plastids, there is an overview comparing the gene content between the complete plastids and the Dictyochophyceae plastid genomes. For S1, S7, S11, S12, S15 incomplete and fragmented plastid genomes were found, and files containing all the fragments per SAG are included. For S5, S9, S10 & S13 no plastid sequences were found.本数据集包含从各单细胞扩增基因组（Single-cell Amplified Genome，SAG）中鉴定得到的质体序列。其中，针对S2、S3、S4、S6、S8及S14，成功组装获得完整的环状质体基因组。上述基因组均可在基因银行（GenBank）中获取，其登录号已收录于相关文件中。针对这批完整质体基因组，本数据集还附带一份对比概览，用于比对完整质体基因组与硅鞭藻纲（Dictyochophyceae）质体基因组的基因组成差异。针对S1、S7、S11、S12及S15，仅鉴定得到不完整且碎片化的质体基因组，相关文件中收录了对应SAG的全部质体片段序列。针对S5、S9、S10及S13，未检测到任何质体序列。
