EVALUATION OF RESISTANCE OF DURUM WHEAT (Triticum durum) GENOTYPES TO RUST DISEASE

This article discusses the methods for assessing the resistance of durum wheat genotypes to rust disease, their genetic basis, and the possibilities of their application in the conditions of the Samarkand region. The results of the study show that the most effective method is to use phenotypic and molecular methods in combination to determine resistance.本文探讨了硬粒小麦（durum wheat）基因型抗锈病（rust disease）的抗性评估方法、该抗性的遗传基础，以及该评估方法在撒马尔罕地区的应用可行性。研究结果表明，将表型鉴定与分子鉴定相结合的手段是评估抗锈性最为有效的方法。
