This is the data of the comparisons between the published genomes of five entomopathogenic nematodes and their respective bacterial symbionts.They are: Steinernema feltiae vs. Xenorhabdus bovienni Steinernema glaseri vs. Xenorhabdus poinarii Steinernema montocolum vs. Xernorhabdus hominickii Steinernema scaperisci vs Xenorhabdus innexiHeterorhabditis bacteriophora vs. Phosphorhabdus luminescenceThis data is missing the comparison between Steinernema carpocapsae and Xenorhabdus nematophilia as this comparison yielded no genomic matches.The published genomes of the nematode species have associated publications, but the published genomes of the bacterial symbionts do not. So, while the associated nematode publications are listed in this submission for reference, for the bacterial symbiont genomes I have included the NCBI accession numbers for the genomic data instead.This data is listed in Table 1 included within the submission.The data was generated using the genomic comparison software found at Sanger-Pathogens in the UK (http://sanger-pathogens.github.io/Artemis/ACT/)This data is raw and unedited. It also is to be considered/used with care as the comparisons are certain to highlight some genomic sequencing contamination within the genomic sequences from one species or the other, or both, as both species from each of the comparisons exist in extremely close proximity in the wild.
