FI following gelation

A UV-VIS spectrophotometer measured the fluorescence intensity following gelation of chitosan-genipin hydrogels, using 550 nm and 650 nm for the excitation and emission wavelengths, respectively.采用紫外-可见分光光度计（UV-VIS spectrophotometer）测定壳聚糖-京尼平水凝胶（chitosan-genipin hydrogels）凝胶化后的荧光强度，分别以550 nm与650 nm作为激发波长和发射波长。
