资源简介:
This study conceptualized practice variability as a modifiable training load tailored to individual profiles. A training protocol was carried out by 160 participants, who practiced an unstable seated balance task under four conditions: constant, low, moderate, or high variability. Participants with high intrinsic variability (lower detrended fluctuation analysis - DFA) showed greater error reduction under constant practice, whereas those with low intrinsic variability (higher DFA) benefited more from high-variability practice. These findings suggest a dose-response relationship between variability load and learning, supporting the need for individualized training loads based on a learner’s motor profile. Future research should prospectively test this interaction.
