In the current study, NDEA was administered for 28-days to Big Blue rats in an OECD TG 488-compliant TGR assay at a wide range of doses that would allow a robust dose-response analysis. The liver DNA was extracted for analysis of cII mutation frequency and DS for a side-by-side dose-response assessment.
