## **Abstract** \n\nThe dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme. This dataset was derived from multiple datasets. You can find a link to the parent datasets in the Lineage Field in this metadata statement. The History Field in this metadata statement describes how this dataset was derived.\n\n\n\nThe aim of this dataset was to be able to map each surface water works with the volumetric entitlement without double counting the volume and to aggregate/ disaggregate the data depending on the final use.\n\n\n\nThis has not been been clipped to the Hunter PAE.\n\n\n\nAn additional column has been added, 'Asset Class' that aggregates the purpose of the licence into the set classes for the Asset Database.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nAn additional column has been added, 'Asset Class' that aggregates the purpose of the licence into the set classes for the Asset Database.\n\nWhere purpose = domestic; or domestic & stock; or stock then it was classed as 'basic water right'. 数据集新增了‘资产类别（Asset Class）’字段，该字段将取水许可证的用途聚合至资产数据库预设的类别体系中。当许可证用途为生活用水、生活与畜牧用水或仅畜牧用水时，归类为‘基本水权（basic water right）’；当许可证同时包含生活/畜牧用水与灌溉等其他许可用途时，归类为‘取水许可权（water access right）’；其余所有取水与用水用途均归类为‘取水许可权’。

本次纳入的猎人谷区域数据源自新南威尔士州水务局（NSW Office of Water）的格洛斯特提取数据集。

1. 本数据集未裁剪至PAE范围

5. 当单个许可证对应多个取水工程时，新增‘COUNT_works_per_licence_bundled（单许可证关联工程数（捆绑式））’字段，该字段可标识份额/配额因匹配至每个工程的全额分配而出现重复统计的情况
6. 对于已拆分的许可证，新增‘counts_works_per_licence_unbundled（单许可证关联工程数（拆分式））’字段
7. 新增‘VOLUME_PER_WORKS（单工程分配水量）’字段，对于捆绑式许可证，该字段将总分配配额按工程数量均分，得到单个工程的分配水量
8. 新增‘SHARE_PER_WORKS（单工程份额占比）’字段，对于拆分式许可证，该字段将总份额按工程数量均分，得到单个工程的份额占比
9. 通过‘VOLUME_PER_WORKS’与‘SHARE_PER_WORKS’字段，可在ArcGIS软件中精准绘制关联份额信息的取水工程分布，避免分配水量的重复统计
