RNA sequencing on pulmonary fibrosis mice.

To investigate the differential genes associated with mitochondria in pulmonary fibrosis mice, we established pulmonary fibrosis mice and applied mitochondrial replenishment therapy. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of pulmonary fibrosis mice, Fe-hMSC treated pulmonary fibrosis mice, Pg-Fe-hMSC treated pulmonary fibrosis mice.
