Human-labeled corpus of news articles, containing issue and game frames

A human-labeled corpus of online news articles from New York Times and Los Angeles Times, containing issue and game frames, annotated with a great range of linguistic features at the following levels: syntactic (both form and function levels), semantic, semantic-syntactic, and pragmatic. Our specialized corpus has been created carefully to represent the written online media language regarding political news on the following topics: USA elections 2020, Donald Trump's impeachment, the Armenian genocide, Greta Thunberg, and Taiwan's elections. In total, 100 news articles were extracted, including image descriptions and titles that seemed relevant for our analysis.本数据集为经人工标注的《纽约时报》（New York Times）与《洛杉矶时报》（Los Angeles Times）在线新闻文章语料库（corpus），涵盖议题框架与博弈框架，并在多类语言特征层级上完成标注，包括句法（形式与功能维度）、语义、语义-句法以及语用层级。本专属语料库经精心搭建，旨在呈现以下主题下政治新闻的书面在线媒体语言风貌：2020年美国大选、唐纳德·特朗普（Donald Trump）弹劾案、亚美尼亚大屠杀、格蕾塔·通贝里（Greta Thunberg）以及台湾地区选举。本次共提取100篇符合研究分析需求的新闻文章，涵盖相关图片说明与新闻标题。
