Central bank borrowings of large state-owned commercial banks in China 2014-2023

In 2023, China's largest state-owned banks borrowed over seven trillion yuan from the People's Bank of China by the end of December. After the stock market turbulences of 2015, the borrowings from China's central bank by commercial banks increased significantly.

截至2023年12月底，我国最大的国有商业银行已从中国人民银行借入超过七万亿元人民币。自2015年股市动荡以来，商业银行向我国中央银行的借款规模显著增长。
